The Wall Street Rich just Keep getting Paid

Hello all

I have been watching this sham unfold on the news each morning. Its getting to the point that I am watching old reruns while I do my one mile on the treadmill

How can these guys go on and keep ripping off the American people.

Its because we let them. Its because they pay the decision makers more than we do.

Here is a Video of a Fired up Congress member from Ohio, she certainly pulls no punches at all.

 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mbD62gNi9WE

Look at the campiagns that just finished. ANother year of people spending ten times as

much to get an office as the job pays....

When the Pres of AIG is listed as a billionare on the Forbes 500, one of the richest men in America

you have to say why is he making so much money when his company is not. Did you see that running Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae into the ground is worth over 10 million a year in salaries..Each!!!

Oh well,, the bailout should only go to the bigshots, because in America there is no one else thatwould stand up and take thier places right?? WIth all the guys and gals laid off after Bear Stearns, and others, is there no one willing to come in take a shot at doing a good job of investing/managing money. I say quit bailing these guys out, just let the real market take care of itself.

Funny how Toyota and Honda can come here, build plants, and make money. Funny how the rest of us on Main Street USA have to make it or break it on what we produce, or we have to close....where is our bailout????

Non Performing Notes Anyone?

Hello,

After months of searching, and an untold amount of deals that led to dead ends, we finally have a DIRECT SOURCE to a trading platform for NPNs...There is a protocol, and it takes about 2 weeks to do the first order, but if you are serious about being able to have a nearly unlimited supply of actual product, give me a call.

I will deal only with the buyers direct rep, after a 5 minute introductory call, we will have to verify your relationship with the actual buyer.

The trading desk will deal only with a buyer to set up an account, and has a very good system for protecting the reps that are in the deal. The paperwork with the fee agreements are done as soon as the buyer is registered with the Trading Desk. Once the deal is set up with the buyer, the reps on the deal will get paid automatically EVERY TIME the BUYER makes a purchase.

It is the cleanest process I have ever seen. There is no room for daisy chains here, the trading desk will only pay on two spots, the seller rep (me) and the buyers rep....So if there is more than one of you, you will have to group up and figure that out for yourself, but again, only one seller rep, one buyers rep...

There is no room for games..I will be happy to discuss this with any serious buyers rep, but the protocol is set in stone and will not be changed.

This Is Not Very Funny...its Extremely Hillarious

Every once in a while, there is a video that just kills me.

This video is one of those..

I don't know how they do this, its just that if you care about your computer, I highly suggest you don't be drinking hot coffee while watching this.  I promise you this will put you on the floor.

Why Obamas Tax Increase is not the Only Problem to Small Business

I have been reading many posts over the last few weeks about the impact of the "tax increases" on small business.  Its really so much more involved than that. Anyone who has started a business and seen the unbeliveable amount of red tape it takes just to get the doors open, and then to keep them  open, can readily understand. Its not easy to be in business, and to make the 250k net after all the roadblocks is not an easy task.

As someone who fought thru over 20 yrs of owning businesses with hundreds of employees over this time, I can honestly say that I would have been better off taking my skills into a corporate job that would have paid me salaries, benefits, and retirement funds.

Now, there is a thought that says my employees would have had to have gotten a job somewhere else, all my years of community involvement, charitable contributions, et all, would have gotten by somehow,,someone else would have done all that our companies provided.

Or would they not... Actually, since I sold or closed several businesses, only one has been maintained. As the governmental agencies made it more and more difficult to remain in business, I had less and less of an incentive to keep them all going. Taxes are just a small part of it.

So, as unemployment in the sectors of 50 or less employees continues to rise, try to think beyond taxes. My garbage rates were 5 times home rate, electric and other utilities were more than 3x..We had to pay for inspections, weird fees, business lic, state lic, fed lic, county permits, taxes on my furniture, computers, and even had to pay taxes on my uncollected accounts,  Yes, if someone owed me money I had to pay tax on that as well.

Employees, workmans comp, unemployment, non stop insurance premiums that would cancel you if you did anything other than pay the premiums, it went on and on and on.  Oh yeah, I had to pay accountants, lawyers, and CPAs just to keep the books straight, and a lot more than what I have taken the time to write here....We have way to many partners in business that do nothing but stand there with thier hand out and just charge more if you resist.

In my humble opinion, these are the real reasons businesses are closing...its a conspiracy of non stop government squeezing the life out of old fashioned entrepreneurs. No, the small business won't make over 250k per year, because it gets raped all the way to the bank.
